Booking information
We offer 3 night weekend breaks from Friday to Monday, 4 night midweek stays from Monday to Friday and full weeks from Monday or Friday
We operate a self-check-in service from 4pm. All details will be emailed to you 2 weeks before arriving
Our check out time is 10am
Cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change so if you cancel your stay within 8 weeks of your arrival date we will endeavour to re-let your lodge. If we are unable to do so, then we regret that we will be unable to refund any monies paid. Should you cancel prior to this date, we will refund any monies paid, less your deposit, or reschedule your stay for another date. An administration fee of £50 will be charged in this instance. We recommend that you have appropriate holiday insurance cover.
In the event that we need to cancel your stay we shall inform you as soon as possible and refund all monies paid to us, by you, within 14 days of notifying you.
